My Trex 600N used to fly so sluggish. I thought it was just me, I was wrong. I put an Aerospire Governor with a Spektrum Backplate sensor on it. I set it up within a minute or two and flew. I hit idle up and it was like night and day. Now I can do just about everthing that I can do on the simulator. What a GREAT product!!!

This is my first MultiGov Pro, but it won't be my last! I was a bit concerned about setting up and using a governor for the first time, but I shouldn't have been because this one is VERY easy to do right the first time! When I had a question regarding Throttle Hold on my radio, the Aerospire Tech Support responded to my e-mail quickly, concisely, and in a friendly manner with the answer.
The only thing I would like to see improved upon is putting the programmer into an enclosure to make it more resistant to damage when left in my flight box, not that it has been damaged yet, but without being encased in something it is more susceptible than I'd prefer.

This governor was easy to install, easy to program, and has performed flawlessly. I put an optical tach on it just to validate the RPM's I programmed it for, and it was within 5rpm on all 3 flight mode settings! I also love the detachable LCD for programming the governor -- it eliminates the need for extra space and/or the need to translate "flashing lights." It has all of the features I would ever need, including Low Throttle Percent, Transition Speed, and Gain Settings. The manual was also easy to follow and contained all the information I needed. On the CON side, Aerospire might want to allow the user to define the point at which the governor engages in Normal Flight mode. Otherwise, this is a fantastic piece of equipment!!

I'm new to nitro, I've been flying electric, you pretty much set them wide open and go. Well with nitro I couldn't get the bogging and the over speed set properly, I looked at other similar devices which needed other support equipment like an RPM reader which needed other people to operate etc etc. The simpler the better thats what I think. The Multi gov pro is the way to go. I installed it, set the RPMs and the way we went. I have the needle valve controller installed, it keeps the engine running consistent from start to stop. This is the best upgrade for the money.

As stated in other forums and excellent Governor. Some thinking about placement and wiring positions beforehand made the installation relatively simple. the included instructions are basic but images on the manufacturers web site helped a lot.The only con is really that the LCD unit is not housed and may be easily damaged.
